We small batch roast to order this very carefully grown coffee bean, it is has been a favorite to our in house baristas and cuppers. We highly recommend this coffee for pour over or aeropress. It is roasted lighter than our traditional Humboldt Bay Coffee roasting profiles to highlight the floral and fruit notes.
