Roaster's Reserve Uganda Halo High Honey
Roaster’s Reserve: Uganda Halo Honey Kajere-Gombe
From the Kajere-Gombe region of Mount Elgon, this exceptional lot is the result of three years of relationship-building and careful craft. Guided by Ibrahim Kiganda, Processing Manager of Sironko, and brought to life at Kajere by station manager Samuel, this coffee showcases Mountain Harvest’s honey anaerobic process, where red-ripe cherries are sealed for 48 hours before being pulped and slowly dried. The result is a beautifully refined coffee with remarkable depth, elegance, and a distinctive finish.
