This coffee from the Bedessa district of Harrar in the Harari People;s National Regional State (HPNRS), was cultivated by the Chercher Oda Bultum Farmers Cooperative Union (COBFCU). the co-op was established in 2005 and has nearly 15,000 members, 5,000 of which are female. They cultivate 4000 hectares or loamy fertile soil.
This is a dry-processed or "natural" coffee, meaning the beans were dried inside the fruit rather than after the fruit has been processed or "washed" coffees.
